With a love for Pilates that began over a decade ago as a dedicated client, Amy has always valued the way Pilates supports both physical strength and mental clarity. In 2022, she completed her instructor training to share the benefits of the practice with others, and now teaches both mat and reformer Pilates full-time.

Her classes are designed to offer a holistic, full-body experience—blending mindful movement with a strong emphasis on form and control. Each session includes feel-good layers that challenge the body in all the right ways, leaving clients feeling balanced, empowered, and energised.
